'All-Ages' Belt Escutcheon
In order to feed seat-belts over the shoulder at the correct height on high-back, stand-alone seating, the belt tongue and webbing usually emerge from the front, rather than the top, of the backrest. When not in use, the belt tongue rests on the front of the backrest and can sometimes be felt behind the shoulder.
To overcome this problem, Rescroft have developed a completely new escutcheon that allows the belt tongue to fully retract into the depth of the backrest.

The new escutcheon is subject to a patent application and is scheduled to be available soon. |
